Rey Mysterio has always been a fan favorite thanks to his fighting style and unique personality. Sporting his Lucha Libre mask, he quickly became a household name in the 90s and 00s. Interestingly, it was his uncle, Rey Misterio Sr., who trained Rey and helped him develop his fighting style.
Throughout his career, Rey Mysterio has won numerous titles, such as the WWE Cruiserweight Championship, WWE Championship, and World Heavyweight Championship. Therefore, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Rey is still an active wrestler to this day. Additionally, he occasionally takes part in Lucha Underground and independent shows.
