Sophia Loren started  out her film career in 1950 and she was  16 years old. She had appearances in films like “The Pride” and “the Passion” and “It Started in Naples”.

In1960, she appeared in the Italian film Two Women which earned her a Best Actress Academy Award, this role also made her the first actress to win an Oscar for a non- English language performance. She also won a Grammy, a Laurel, and five special Golden Globes amongst other accolades throughout her career.
