American singer and entertainer Diana Ross born March 26th, 1944 had her career take off while she was the lead vocalist of the legendary female group the Supremes. The vocalist group was the most successful act in Motown in the 60s. They also became one of the world’s best selling female vocalist groups as they racked in various Grammy Awards and nominations.
